Visit Plano Announces New National Sales Manager & Market Segment Realignment

Sales Team Positions

Visit Plano is pleased to announce the addition of Kaley Mancuso to its sales team as National Sales Manager. In this role, Mancuso will oversee a segment of the corporate market, as well as the social and education markets, supporting Visit Plano’s efforts to attract meetings, events, and group travel to the destination.

Mancuso brings more than a decade of experience in education leadership, with a proven track record in relationship-building, large-scale event execution, and strategic outreach – core strengths that directly align with Visit Plano’s mission. Most recently serving as an Assistant Principal with Allen ISD, she managed partnerships with more than 30 community organizations, planned and promoted numerous campus-wide events, and collaborated on marketing initiatives that increased engagement and repeat participation.

Her background in delivering well-coordinated, high-impact experiences; managing budgets and vendor relationships; and communicating effectively with diverse audiences translates seamlessly to destination sales and tourism promotion. Mancuso’s ability to connect people, place, and purpose will further support Plano’s continued growth as a premier destination for meetings, events, and leisure travel.

Mancuso holds a Bachelor of Science in Education and a Master of Science in Educational Psychology from Baylor University.

With the addition of Mancuso, Visit Plano is also realigning select market segments to better align with Plano’s evolving offerings and continued growth as a dynamic meetings and events destination.
