From the folks behind Taverna Rossa, Union Bear is a new locally owned and operated brewery and restaurant with a West Coast feel, fused with deep Texas roots, serving American classics and staff-curated spirits and cocktails. The Biscuit Bar, a new fast-casual, Southern home-style concept, offers scratch biscuits with a wide range of toppings, salads with biscuit croutons, biscuit desserts, and a bar menu.
Pearl Cup Coffee offers Texas-roasted espresso drinks, coffee, snacks, and pastries, as well as wine and light bites in the afternoons through the evening. Edith’s French Bistro’s menu includes French baked goods as well as a breakfast, lunch, and dinner menu. Fork & Fire is described as a boutique neighborhood eatery offering an eclectic menu in a rustic environment. A new multi-purpose pavilion at The Boardwalk at Granite Park has recently opened for charity and community events, live music, and fitness classes. The pavilion is part of an overall effort to foster community and create a walkable and urban neighborhood experience in Granite Park.
