Visit Plano is made up of resident experts who will work with you on all the specifics of your meeting needs. Once your event is booked, a coordinator will work with you on the specifics of your meeting needs from online housing coordination to youth/spouse program ideas. Other services available include tours and special event planning, registration assistance, welcome packets and pre-printed name badges for guests, arranging site inspections, and promotion and publicity assistance. Bonus, all of Visit Plano’s services are actually complimentary when planners use a minimum of 50 hotel rooms on a peak night.
Meet at the Event Center
The 86,400 square feet at the Plano Event Center can accommodate a variety of different meeting and event needs. This full-service facility, located in the North Dallas Metroplex, can comfortably accommodate up to 5,000 people in a total of 21,600 square feet of exhibition space, and also offers 14 break-out rooms, a built-in stage, portable dance floor, and garden terrace. Everything is available onsite from in-house catering to AV equipment and a lighting and sound system, to parking.
