New Boutique Hotel to Introduce Premier Meeting & Event Space

A new full-service boutique hotel scheduled to open on October 1, 2027 will soon introduce a modern and flexible meetings destination designed for corporate events, social gatherings, and community celebrations.

The 217-room hotel will feature approximately 7,000 square feet of versatile meeting and event space, highlighted by a contemporary ballroom with a square footage of 5,000, capable of accommodating conferences, executive meetings, weddings, galas, and private events. The project is being developed to serve both local organizations and regional travelers seeking highly personalized hospitality experience.

In addition to the ballroom, the hotel will offer multiple food and beverage venues including a signature restaurant, lobby bar, rooftop bar, and Japanese bakery, creating a dynamic environment for networking events, receptions, and social gatherings.

“Our vision is to create a hotel experience that combines elevated design, exceptional service, and highly functional meeting space,” said Alejandro Vazquez, General Manager, “We want to provide a venue where guests can seamlessly blend business, hospitality, and social experiences under one roof.”

The meeting facilities are being designed with flexibility and operational efficiency in mind, featuring modern audiovisual capabilities, customizable room layouts, and dedicated event support services. The hotel’s location near major corporate offices and business districts is expected to position the property as a strong option for regional meetings and corporate travel.

Construction is currently underway, with the hotel anticipated to officially open on October 1, 2027. For more information visit miyakoplano.com.
