Experience The Boardwalk at Granite Park

Updated: 6/23/2025

Across from the luxurious patio of the 299-room Hilton Granite Park sits a new 30,000 square foot restaurant park in Granite Park called The Boardwalk.

Dallas Burger Joint Hall of Famer, Chips Old Fashioned Hamburgers is not only famous for their burger selection, but also salads, fresh fish, spuds, Tex-Mex, and milkshakes. From the folks behind Taverna Rossa, Union Bear is a new locally owned and operated brewery and restaurant with a West Coast feel, fused with deep Texas roots, serving American classics and staff-curated spirits and cocktails. The Biscuit Bar, a new fast-casual, Southern home-style concept, offers scratch biscuits with a wide range of toppings, salads with biscuit croutons, biscuit desserts, and a bar menu.

New at The Boardwalk is Flamant offering an exciting new European-inspired live‑fire cocktail bar & bistro. Crafted by the award‑winning team behind Dallas’ Rye and Apothecary, this concept brings warm hospitality and bold flavors rooted in Portugal, Spain, France, and Italy to the waterfront patio atmosphere.

Each restaurant has a patio, and there are beachy deck chairs to enjoy the view of the water feature. Grab your friends and play some lawn games too!
