Plano’s newest full-service hotel, the Renaissance Dallas at Plano Legacy West, is hosting Thanksgiving brunch and a special plated dinner. Brunch is from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and is $59 for adults, $25 for kids ages 6-12, and free for children 5 and under. Thanksgiving dinner is from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. and is $45 per person.
