Mother’s Day Restaurant Offers
Blue Mesa
Celebrate Mother’s Day with an extraordinary brunch available both Saturday, May 11th, and Sunday, May 12th. Choose the day that suits you best to dine at Blue Mesa’s biggest brunch spread of the year. Opt for Saturday to enjoy all the festivities with lighter crowds.
Both brunches will offer the same mega buffet with exciting cook-to-order stations starting with breakfast: made-to-order omelets and huevos rancheros, Belgian waffles with crispy fried chicken or berries & whipped cream, fresh baked biscuits & gravy, southwest strata, and more. The carving station will be serving grilled beef tenderloin with chimichurri, red chile salmon with pineapple relish, chicken breasts stuffed with spinach & mushrooms, and ginger-chipotle glazed ham. A build-your-own street taco station features pulled brisket, chicken verde, ground beef, and assorted toppings including Blue Mesa’s signature que mada salsa and jalapeno relish. Classic favorites include Adobe Pie®, blue corn cheese enchiladas, sweet corn cake, southwest mac ‘n cheese, and Chimayo corn. A Mexican chopped chicken salad, creamy shrimp salad, grilled asparagus, southwest Ceasar, and fresh fruit are just some of what you’ll find on the salad bar. Top it off with a display of sweets including chocolate dipped strawberries, raspberry bread pudding, warm churros with chocolate and cajeta sauces, banana pudding, mini flans, lemon blueberry cake, chocolate fudge brownies, and more. The buffet’s $40 price includes mimosas, OJ, coffee, tea, and soft drinks.
Price: $40 per person, $12 for kids ages 6 to 11, and ages 5 and younger eat for free. Reservations are recommended.
Bulla Gastrobar
The Spanish-style restaurant located in Legacy West will open its doors early at 10am, inviting families to indulge in a day filled with flavorful tapas and heartfelt moments with mom. Offerings include:

Impress Mom with CRU’s beautiful and delicious springtime brunch dishes featuring Napa Valley classics to please all. The Chefs at CRU have perfected the art of brunch and have created a beautiful 3-course brunch menu. Everyone gets to choose their own unique combination of appetizer, entree, and dessert for $48 per person. Signature Goat Cheese Beignets is a great way to start. Indulge in Roasted Beef Tenderloin & Eggs, Everyone’s Favorite Crab Cake Benedict or Featured Maine Lobster & Saffron Risotto with poached egg. No celebratory meal is complete without our delicious Chocolate Molten Cake and Butter Toasted Lemon Pound Cake with blueberry compote and lemon curd.

Eddie V’s Prime Seafood
From 10am-2pm, Eddie V’s will offer a prix fixe menu featuring two impressive courses. The main course offers a choice of lobster quiche Florentine with Fuji apple salad, roasted avocado and jumbo lump crab on brioche toast, or pan-seared steak and frittata.
