Services are complimentary when planners use a minimum of 50 hotel rooms on a peak night. Even if your group does not require 50 or more hotel rooms, please inquire about the complimentary services available to you. We always do our best to support all groups.
For qualifying events, our marketing team is always ready to assist you with any promotional needs. From photography and video assets to social media support and local advertising options, we’re available to help your event stand out. Clients will even receive our free customized PR toolkit to help you better promote your event.
New events may be eligible for special assistance through our sponsorship program which gives financial assistance based on number of room nights generated by your event.
