Local Good Coffee Co. has three distinct spaces that can be rented, allowing you to scale your event seamlessly. Our options range from The Library, an intimate, tech-ready meeting room for focused discussions, seating 20-25 individuals. To the East Wing, a mid-size open space perfect for social sessions and networking, accommodating 50 guests. All the way up to a large event venue, The Venue, with an elevated stage and professional sound system for keynote presentations and conferences. Depending on layout, we can accommodate anywhere from 160 up to 250 guests.

 

Features and Amenities

All rentals include high-speed Wi-Fi, built-in A/V capabilities, flexible seating arrangements, and easy load-in. On-site coffee and catering options are available, while also being flexible with outside catering. The atmosphere is modern, warm, and professional—offering an alternative to traditional hotel conference rooms while still meeting the needs of business gatherings.
