Knife Steakhouse, located at the District at Willow Bend, is Chef John Tesar’s second location of his award-winning modern steakhouse. Knife specializes in Texas cattle and dry aging all sirloins and ribeyes in house. All dry aged steaks are aged for a minimum of 45 days and aged all the way up to a year. Chef Tesar sources three ranches for Knife: 44 Farms (Texas), Heartbrand (Texas) and Creekstone (Kansas). Knife’s menu is not limited to steaks but also includes fresh seafood and homemade pastas.
Knife Steakhouse in Plano includes our private dining room that accommodates up to 50 guests. The private dining room offers complimentary A/V, a curtain for privacy, as well as a dedicated chef with kitchen team, servers and support staff specifically assigned for your event.
Knife Willow Bend offers our Sommelier/Beverage Director to assist with selecting wines and beverages for your event. Knife offers several menus to select from as well as our “Family Style” option for dining. The private dining room is available every day for both lunch or dinner events.
