Take Steps 2024

Join the Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation’s largest, most impactful fundraising event Take Steps. We’ll come together as a dedicated community of supporters to walk and raise funds for those living with inflammatory bowel disease (IBD). Funds raised through Take Steps help to accelerate research, advance treatments, and provide education and support programs to improve quality of life for those living with inflammatory bowel disease (IBD).
Together, we’ll make our way to the top of Mt. Remission and our ultimate goal: cures for Crohn’s disease & ulcerative colitis.
At Take Steps, we’ll come together to honor the journeys of those living with inflammatory bowel disease (IBD). Every step we take, and every dollar we raise will create awareness, fund critical research, and show everyone touched by this isolating disease that they are not alone.
Walk Route Length
1 mile and 5K route options
The entire walk route is paved and accessible for wheel chairs, strollers, bikes, etc. Water station and restroom access is available along the route and will be marked on walk maps provided at check-in.
