Plano Comedy Festival: Mitch Burrow

The Plano Comedy Festival is proud to present our Thursday night headliner, Mitch Burrow.
Mitch Burrow is a Marine Corps Veteran that served in Operation Iraqi Freedom in 2003. He then started a career in manufacturing before realizing that it sucked. Now, Mitch has found his true calling in acting silly on a stage in front of strangers on a nightly basis.
Mitch has appeared on 6 episodes of the Fox Show Laughs where he was listed as “The Next Big Thing” on his first appearance. He has been heard on the Bob and Tom show which is syndicated to over 100 cities as well as overseas on the Armed Forces Network.He hosted Crazy Ass Criminals on Fox and appeared on Punchline on Fox and Mandatory Fun on VetTV.
Mitch placed second in the 2015 Seattle International Comedy Competition, was a finalist in the San Francisco International Comedy Competition, and was the winner of the 2015 Trial By Laughter Competition.
Mitch performed in the Great American Comedy Festival (a tribute to Johnny Carson in his hometown), was a semi-finalist in the Laughing Skull Festival, and has performed in many other festivals such as Bumbershoot in Seattle, Laughing Derby in Louisville, and the Rocky Mountain Comedy Festival in Salt Lake City.
This show is rated M for Mature audiences and may not be suitable for children under the age of 16.

About Us:
The Plano Comedy Festival is the largest comedy festival in North Texas presenting over 20 shows in 8 days at The Plano House of Comedy in The Shops at Legacy. The festival will feature over 100 comedy acts of stand-up, improv, sketch, magic, and more. The festival will also present a comedy brunch, roast battle, workshops, after parties, and a free family friendly show.
The mission of the Plano Comedy Festival is to enrich the City of Plano and surrounding communities with the comedic arts by organizing an annual comedy festival that contributes to Plano’s artistic development and creates an environment for comedians to showcase their talent, grow, network, and make great comedy together.
