Hands On. You will be cooking with a small team in this class.
We’ll show you how to melt the chocolate, make the ganache, talk you through tempering, and teach you how to perfectly roll, shape and finish chocolate truffles and incorporate goodies into chocolate bark. You’ll create your own small tray of chocolate bark topped from an assortment of nuts and dried fruit and classic chocolate truffles rolled in appealing options.
For ages 18 & up.

You’ll take a small tray of chocolate bark and 20 bite-sized chocolate truffles with you at the end of class.
