Have you ever poured your all into one thing? Have you given your blood, sweat and tears to achieve something meaningful?
Sports teams do it for the win.
Farmers do it for the harvest.
Service men and women do it for our protection.
And at 6 o’Clock Dance, we do it for the love of art.
Now in our 10th year as a dance company — and our 5th year as a nonprofit — it has taken the Love, Sweat & Tears of countless Dallasites to get where we are today.
From choreographers and dancers, to grant writers, designers, and photographers, the community we call home has given their all to reshape the field of dance by merging artists with multidimensional backgrounds and careers. With your support, we have established a contemporary dance company that not only performs at an elite level, but also gives artists the flexibility to simultaneously pursue full-time jobs in their career of choice.
And now it’s time we celebrate!
