Cliff Coffee
Open Monday thru Friday from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday 8 a.m. to 9 p.m., Cliff Coffee blends artisan coffee culture, scratch made and locally sourced tacos, breads, pastries, snacks, and ice cream within a relaxed, Southwestern-themed lounge atmosphere. Guests can enjoy handcrafted coffee and tea, seasonal drink offerings, and a curated menu of coffee and tea inspired cocktails that extend the cafe experience into the evening. Barista and Brew Master Beau DeBard will manage and lead Cliff Coffee’s team and programming.
Cliff Coffee also features a family-friendly and community-focused menu with options for everyone:
- Coffee sourced from Lemma Roasters in Lewisville
- Specialty drinks like matcha, chai, and house-made refreshers
- Desserts and treats including Tongue In Cheek Ice Cream from Richardson, and scratch made cookies in assorted flavors
- Non-GMO and low pasteurized milk from Mill-King in Waco and milk alternatives are offered including oat, almond, and coconut milk
- Bear Naked Honey made in Allen
- A variety of hot chocolate, lemonade, ice teas, affogatos, juice boxes, and energy drinks
