Women’s Empowerment Seminar

KMD is proud to bring the Women’s Empowerment Seminar to Plano for the 5th year in a row. The Women’s Empowerment Seminar will help individuals gain confidence by learning to speak up, protect their physical space, and fight back when necessary. We emphasize realistic training scenarios and practical, real-world self-defense techniques in a fun and cooperative learning environment.
This event will also help to raise money for Emily’s Place, a local shelter for women and children. All proceeds from the event will be gifted to Emily’s Place which we have had the pleasure of partnering with for the past 5 years. Please join us to ensure the safety of not only yourself but those in your community.
