Grab your friends and a fitness mat and get ready to have the best time working up a sweat!
Certified personal trainers will guide you through a full body 60 minute bootcamp style workout. The workout is for all ages and all fitness levels! You only need to bring a mat and water and the trainer will take care of the rest!
This is a free class and is open to the public.
