Sound and Somatic Yoga Flow Experience w/ Kenny Kolter & Laura Coan

This workshop is a unique experience combining powerful healing modalities of sound and somatic movement. Laura will guide you through a beautiful somatic flow to prepare your body and mind for the profoundly moving healing journey of sound. Kenny will take you further on a deep, inward journey as he creates an interwoven tapestry of sound and rhythm. We are thrilled to bring Kenny and Laura’s vast experience and talents to our shala. You won’t want to miss this one!
Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to get comfortably set up and settled for your healing journey. Wear comfortable clothes for a light yoga practice, and bring anything that will make you comfortable – a mat, blanket, or eye pillow. We also have mats, blankets, and bolsters here at the shala for your use.
