SHINE presents Newsies
July 30 @ 8:00 am – August 1 @ 5:00 pm
Set in turn-of-the century New York City, Newsies is the rousing tale of Jack Kelly, a charismatic newsboy and leader of a band of teenaged “newsies.” When titans of publishing raise distribution prices at the newsboys’ expense, Jack rallies newsies from across the city to strike against the unfair conditions and fight for what’s right!
The show runs 2 hours and 30 minutes including a 15 minute intermission.
Please plan to arrive at the theatre at least 15 minutes prior to the show so that you can take your seat before the show starts. Talking is not permitted during the performance. Food and drinks are not allowed inside the performance space. Use of cellular devices is not permitted during the performance. Disruptive patrons will be given one warning before being asked to continue their conversation or meal in the lobby.
Children ages 3 and under are not permitted. Tickets are nonrefundable and nontransferrable.
