Santa Set Hours of Operation:
November 27 – December 24 in Macy’s Court
- Sundays: 11am – 7pm
- Monday – Saturday: 11am – 8pm
- Christmas Eve: 9am – 5pm
- Set will be closed: Nov. 30th / Dec. 1st and Dec. 7th / Dec. 8th

Covid-19 Safety Guidelines for Santa Set:
- Santa set employees will have their temperature checked daily
- all employees and guests must wear face covering that covers mouth & nose (guests may remove masks for photos)
- a contact-free experience (no touching Santa)
- floor decals showing where to stand to keep enough distance between guests in line
- hand sanitizers and set entrance/exit
- daily deep cleaning of the set (exceeding CDC guidelines)
- Santa’s suit to be deep cleaned after every shift
