Mindful Meditation

I know that during this time you may feel overwhelmed and out of balance, but I’m here to help you navigate in a peaceful way with love & light.
We will focus on learning how to clear our minds of the noise and allow our spirits to speak.
There will be light yoga like moves and stretches, but you don’t have to worry about skill level as this will be about freedom of movement. I will help guide you to a place of power in these times with tools that you can carry forever.
