Lantern Light, A Victorian Holiday at Heritage Farmstead

Lantern Light, A Victorian Holiday

Lantern Light, A Victorian Holiday is the theme. The Heritage Farmstead Museum welcomes visitors every year to enjoy the 4 acre historic sight decorated in Holiday style. The twinkle of lights and the glow of over 75 kerosene lanterns make this location explode with historic holiday magic. This year our guests will enjoy sledding in the North Meadow on the Farmstead snow hill. There will be tours of the Historic Victorian home throughout the event, storytelling, the unique Magic Lantern Show, wagon rides, children’s crafts in the one room school house, choirs in the Pole barn, photos with Santa Claus and so much more.

The Lantern Light event will take place from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Saturday, December 8.  Heritage Farmstead Museum is located at 1900 West 15th Street in Plano.

Tickets are $5 in advance or $6 at the door.
Rides on the Snow Hill can also be purchased in advanced.  $2.00 per ride, $5.00 for 3 rides, $10.00 unlimited rides
