Spring is a busy time on the farm! Step back in time to the world to experience life at the turn of the 20th century on the Blackland Prairie. Take part in hands-on farm activities such as plowing and planting, feeding the chickens, milking “Buttermilk the Incredible Cow,” and washing clothes the old fashioned way. We will feature our own Farmstead flock of sheep, and demonstrate the process of shearing, washing, carding, and weaving wool. Visit a one room school house and enjoy Victorian recess games, too. Other activities include a tractor driven wagon ride, a wool craft, creek visits and more!

Bring along drinks and a sack lunch to enjoy a picnic on the grounds!

COST:

Children (ages 3-17): $10.00 per child

Adults: $5.00 per person

Children 2 and under: Free
