Homeschool Day: Charlotte’s Web

Step into the world of Zuckerman’s farm and the book Charlotte’s Web by E.B. White. Participate in hands on farm activities such as plowing and planting, shucking corn and feeding chickens, milking buttermilk the Incredible Cow, and washing clothes the old fashioned way.  Visit with our pigs Hamlet and Wilson and see if you can spot a spider spinning her web.  Have a lesson in a one room school house and play games of the past just like Fern and Avery Arable did.  Other activities include a tractor driven wagon ride and Charlotte’s web coloring, and so much more!

Featuring performances by Read Play Love.
