Fall Fitness – Yoga Flow & Restore

This class incorporates fundamental flowing sequences to warm up the body, as well as slower-paced movements focusing on alignment, strength, and balance.
Restore your body with moving flow meditation and deeper stretching ending with a period of relaxation. You will develop a strong mind-body connection as you explore your breathing and grow in flexibility.
This class is perfect for any age or experience level. Beginners are welcome and encouraged.
