Treat yourself to an afternoon of proper self-care with Katherine and learn about medicinal herb! After a lesson in herbology, we’ll make our own looseleaf tea blends, practice yoga, pranayama, meditation, experience sound healing, journal, and goal set for the upcoming season. We’ll end with a healthy Ayurvedic meal prepared by Katherine and be in community with the like-hearted community of Shala Yoga Loft.
