Join us on a Texas culinary journey featuring Balcones Distilling.

We have partnered with Balcones for our monthly pairing dinner on June 28th to take you on a perfectly paired culinary adventure through different Asian cuisines while using local vendors. This 6 course menu is as follows;

Amuse Bouche:

Salmon – sauteed baby zucchini, baby squash, wc garden tomato vinaigrette

Balcones Lineage

Course 1:

Smashed Fingerlings: Pancetta, Fried Lemon Rinds, Asparagus Tips

Rosemary’s Baby: Balcones Baby Blue Bourbon, Rosemary-Peach Local Honey, Lemon, Ginger Beer

Course 2:

Compressed Watermelon Salad: Cucumber, Pistachios, Dallas Mozzerella Co. Ricotta Salata, Torn Mint & Basil from the Garden

Afternoon By The Adriatic: Balcones Rum, Saline, Dolin Blanc, Watermelon, Basil Oil

Course 3:

Lamb Empanadas : date Relish, Dill & Mint Yogurt

Feeling Sheepish: Vanilla-Cooked Balcones Rye, Amaro Nonino, Giffard Apricot, Black Walnut

Course 4:

Braised Pork Shoulder: Corn Succotash, Salsa Verde, Fried Cornbread

Course 5:

Fig Brulee: Foods Duck Egg Yolk, Demerrara Sugar

You’re Hot, & You’re Cold : Balcones Pot Still Bourbon, Brown Sugar & Chai Reduction, Local *TBD Flavor* Ice Cream

All allergies and specific seating arrangements must be noted when purchasing tickets. Must be 21 years old to purchase. Gratuity is included in ticket price.

We require a minimum 72 hour notice for cancellation of seats through Eventbrite. All cancellations within 72 hours are nonrefundable.
