Arts & Crafts Expo Sale

Make a day of it on Sunday, April 10 at the 2022 Arts & Crafts Expo Sale at Carpenter Park Recreation Center. Prepare to be pleasantly surprised at the variety and quality of great finds at this year’s event. Every year the Center transforms temporarily into a shopper’s paradise and an art-lovers haven.
The Arts & Crafts Expo was first held in 2013 and has since won state and regional awards for promoting cultural arts in Plano. In addition to being fun, this event accomplishes two objectives:
- Showcases the talents of the fine art teachers, crafters and students featured in the Plano Recreation catalog (formerly LEISURE); they get to sell their art to the public
- Brings more awareness to the wide variety of art opportunities Parks & Recreation provides for just about every interest and ability
The art pieces created in Plano Recreation classes include oil and watercolor paintings, ceramics, fused glass pieces, clay sculpting, sewing and more. Put on your comfy shopping shoes and browse the Carpenter Park Recreation Center’s Arts & Crafts Expo.
