On Tap

According to Sixty Vine’s website, wine on tap is an eco-friendly and wine lover-friendly way to serve and enjoy wine. From the ability to serve each glass at the perfect temperature, to the promise that the last glass will taste just as fresh as the first, wine on tap is redefining how wine is served. There is no oxidation, no corkage, and no spoilage which means no waste. Sixty Vines also has their license to sell customers their own Vine Hugger wine!

The Food

Enjoy a new attitude about wine culture. Sixty Vines focuses on food first with cuisine inspired by the wine country; flavors are chosen to compliment the wine. Ingredients are thoughtfully sourced, uniquely prepared, and change with the season depending on the products available from local farmers and small growers.

Currently, a few popular shared plates are pork and wagyu meatballs, wood-fired cauliflower, and a personal favorite, ciabatta toasts with avocado & togarashi, brie & candied dates, and raclette & tomato bacon jam. A wine bar wouldn’t be the same without a cheese board and at Sixty Vines you have three amazing boards to choose from. Meal options include a variety of wonderful salads, pizzas, and pastas, as well as meat and fish entrees. And the desserts I tell you… to die for. Try the sweet board with matcha castella cake, fruit leather, sea salt, shortbread cookies, bittersweet ganache, pear butter, and lavender honey caramel. Or it’s a toss-up between the Texas olive oil citrus cake and the deviled affogato!

Sixty Vines is open for lunch and dinner as well as brunch on Saturday and Sunday.
